Flange adaper designed to connect with flange end pipe, valve, pipe fittings and so on.
It is also accommodate up to 3 angularity between pipe and valve, flange end pipe and pipe fittings.
Material:
GGG40 or BS2789 420/12 or ASTM A536 65-45-12
Working pressure:
Pressure test 350 psi (24 bar ), working pressure 230 psi (16 bar ).
Gasket:
NBR suitable for natural gas usage, EPDM for potable water
Double protected bolts and nuts:
T bolts with nut and washer. Bolts BS EN20898-1: 1992 Grade 8.8 Bolts and Nuts are
dacromet plate then PE coated for double protection.
Bond Strength:
Use primer first then Rilsan coated.(PE coat no primer)
